Workers who have less then four years’ experience in full-time job are seeing a steady increase following the decline in 2020. LinkedIn data indicates that general hiring rates for 2021 rebounded from the lows of the pandemic which were up by 25% over 2020. While Gen Z hiring rates have room to catch up with general recovery process, Gen Z hiring rates increased in 2021 — increasing 15% when compared to 2020.
Businesses are signaling that they’re ready and ready to hire new talent. employers planning to hire nearly 30% more recent graduates that they had in 2021 according to a recent study by the National Association of Colleges and Employers.

Entry-level jobs are growing the fastest within Sun Belt cities
